Flawless results start with proper prep. We use sandblasting, chemical stripping, or burn-off to remove rust, paint, and contaminants. Combined with our Reverse Osmosis water system, we achieve a perfectly clean surface for superior coating adhesion.
Our Five-Stage Automated Therma-Tron-X Wash System ensures every part is thoroughly cleaned and sealed against corrosion. The multi-stage process optimizes temperature, concentration, and pH at each step to provide up to 2,000 hours of corrosion protection.
We operate both automated conveyor lines and batch systems, giving us flexibility to handle projects of all sizes — from small custom parts to large industrial assemblies. Using Nordson and Wagner spray systems, we ensure even coverage, consistent film thickness, and excellent color accuracy.

Parts are cured in our convection ovens under tightly controlled conditions ranging from 250–500°F, guaranteeing complete cross-linking and long-term durability.
Every coated part undergoes inspection for finish, adhesion, and cure completeness. Our in-house testing includes Elcometer readings, MEK rub tests, salt-spray corrosion tests, and other ASTM-compliant procedures to ensure reliability.
Each finished product is securely wrapped, labeled, and prepared for transport. We offer pickup and delivery across the Wasatch Front and accommodate expedited requests when needed.
